This snack is packed with protein and fiber, featuring roasted edamame with a spicy seasoning blend.

  • 2 cups shelled edamame (frozen, thawed and patted dry)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder

  • Salt to taste

Preparation Notes:
