- 1 mango, peeled and diced
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 1 cup cold water or coconut water

Instructions
- Place the pineapple, orange, and mango pieces into a blender.
- Add cold water or coconut water to help blend smoothly.
- Blend until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
- Taste the juice and, if you prefer it sweeter, add honey and blend again.
- Strain the juice through a fine sieve if you want a smoother texture, or leave it as it is for more fiber.
- Pour into tall glasses filled with ice cubes.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves and a slice of orange or pineapple on the rim.
