Refreshing Tropical Juice Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 large orange, peeled and segmented
  • 1 mango, peeled and diced
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 1 cup cold water or coconut water
  • Ice cubes, for serving
  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the pineapple, orange, and mango pieces into a blender.
  2. Add cold water or coconut water to help blend smoothly.
  3. Blend until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
  4. Taste the juice and, if you prefer it sweeter, add honey and blend again.
  5. Strain the juice through a fine sieve if you want a smoother texture, or leave it as it is for more fiber.
  6. Pour into tall glasses filled with ice cubes.
  7. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and a slice of orange or pineapple on the rim.
