Ingredients & Key Components:

  • 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained, rinsed, and dried
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation Notes:
