Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Heat skillet
    Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Cook shrimp
    Add shrimp, season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove from skillet.
  3. Prepare garlic butter
    Melt remaining butter, sauté garlic 1 minute. Return shrimp, toss with parsley and lemon juice.
  4. Serve
    Serve immediately with rice, pasta, or crusty bread.
