  • 1 cup (200g) brown sugar
  • ½ cup (100g) granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1½ cups (190g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 cups (240g) old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup (150g) raisins

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven and prepare pans
    Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Cream butter and sugars
    Beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
  3. Combine dry ingredients
    In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Gradually fold into wet mixture. Stir in oats and raisins.
  4. Scoop and bake
