Ingredients

  • 2 lbs (900g) chicken wings
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ cup (60g) unsalted butter
  • ½ cup hot sauce (Frank’s or similar)
  • Celery sticks and blue cheese dressing for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven
    Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare wings
    Season wings with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Arrange on baking sheet.
  3. Bake wings
    Bake 40–45 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and crispy.
  4. Prepare sauce
    Melt butter in a small saucepan. Stir in hot sauce and mix well.
  5. Coat wings
    Toss baked wings in the sauce until fully coated.
  6. Serve
    Serve hot with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.
