Ingredients

  • 1¾ cups (220g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • ½ cup (115g) unsalted butter, softened
  • ¾ cup (150g) brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • ½ cup (60g) chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven and prepare pan
    Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8-inch loaf pan.
  2. Mix dry ingredients
    In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. Cream butter and sugar
    In a large bowl, beat butter and brown sugar until light. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well. Stir in vanilla extract.
